Policies

The policies section allows you to configure different policies which sending the documents to signing

• Do not allow sending documents to signing without recipient authentication

  This is a global policy and if is enabled, it means all signer recipients must have at least 1 authentication method enabled. If authentication is missing for one of the signers, the documents cannot be sent for signing.

• Enable redirect to external URL for metadata editor when sending the draft

  This is a global policy and when enabled will redirect ALL drafts to the external URL to set the envelope metadata.
