Dashboard
If you have problems with a specific envelope, please provide the following information :
- open the envelope details page and click this icon to obtain the unique envelope identifier (it will be copied to your clipboard) . Add this identifier to your report.

on the left bottom corner of the screen there is a identifier which looks like this. Please include this in your report.
