Report Problem

Please report the issue to us by email at contact@bulksign.com. Depending on the problem and in which component it occurred, please include the following items with your report :


Dashboard

  • the url of the page where the error occurred.

  • if possible, please include a screenshot of the problem.

  • if it's not possible to add the screenshot and you receive an error message please include that message in your report (including the identifier at the end).



WebSign

  • if possible, please include a screenshot of the problem.

  • on the left bottom corner of the screen there is a identifier which looks like this. Please include this in your report.

  • specify the timestamp when the problem occurred (if your timezone is not UTC please also specify the UTC time difference).


API Request

  • the API request identifier (you obtain this from the response to the API request).

  • the timestamp of the request (prefferably UTC).
