Report Problem

Please report the issue to us by email at contact@bulksign.com. Depending on the problem and in which component it occurred, please include the following items with your report :


Dashboard

If you have problems with a specific envelope, please provide the following information :

  • open the envelope details page and click this icon to obtain the unique envelope identifier (it will be copied to your clipboard) . Add this identifier to your report.
  • details about the encountered problem.

For other problems, please provide :

  • the URL the page where the error occurred.

  • if you receive an error message please include the message identifier in your report (click this icon to copy the identifier to your clipboard)

  • if possible, please include a screenshot of the issue.



WebSign

  • if possible, please include a screenshot of the problem.

  • on the left bottom corner of the screen there is a identifier which looks like this. Please include this in your report.

  • specify the timestamp when the problem occurred (if your timezone is not UTC please also specify the UTC time difference).


API Request

  • the API request identifier (you obtain this from the response to the API request).

  • the UTC timestamp of your request.
