Please report the issue to us either by email at contact@bulksign.com or directly on our public GitHub issue tracker (requires GitHub account)
Depending on the problem and in which component it occurred , please include the following items :

if possible, please include a screenshot of the problem.

if it's not possible to add the screenshot and you receive an error message please include that message in your report (including the identifier at the end).

on the left bottom corner of the screen there is a identifier which looks like this. Please include this in your report.
- specify the (preferably UTC) timestamp when the problem occurred
