2-Factor Authentication

2FA can be enable by any user. If this options is enabled, it requires access to your phone and the Google Authenticator application for each login.

Here are the steps to enabled 2FA :

  • install Google Authenticator app on your phone (if you don't have it already).

  • log in Bulksign and go to Settings\Account.

  • navigate to "Login" section and click "Enable 2FA"

  • open the Google Authenticator app on your phone and tap the "plus" sign to add a new code

  • select "Enter a setup key"

  • in the "Your Key" field enter the secret key shown in Bulksign and "Type of key" should be "Time based"

  • click "Add" to confirm.

  • back in Bulksign , enter your password and click "Update" to finish the 2FA process.

After this, each login will require you to enter the code from Google Authenticator application.
